For the fourth consecutive year, Virtual Cable successfully proved its business management excellence. The company behind the VDI software UDS Enterprise has once again obtained the CIEGE Certificate for Excellence in Business Management granted by elEconomista and Informa D&B. It is one of the few companies that has managed to get this seal of quality, which this year has only been awarded to 58 of the 1,761 organizations that began the challenging audit process. One more year, Virtual Cable is the only virtualization software development company with this distinction. The certificates were delivered at a ceremony held on November 29th at the Hotel InterContinental Madrid. Fernando Feliu, Executive Managing Director of Virtual Cable, and Yolanda González, Commercial Manager, received the diploma from Juan María Sainz Muñoz, CEO of Informa D&B, and Gregorio Peña, President of Ecoprensa.
To obtain this certification, Virtual Cable has undergone a meticulous audit process developed by Informa. A committee of experts from the DBK Sectoral Observatory has analyzed 57 indicators from 10 categories: solvency, profitability, growth, human resources, internationalization, corporate social responsibility, customer satisfaction, innovation, commercial risk management, and digitization. Virtual Cable has far exceeded the score obtained by the companies that have passed this process, achieving 78% compared to the average 65% received by the rest.
“We are truly proud to have obtained this certificate with such a high score. Transparency is essential for Virtual Cable, which is why we place ourselves in the hands of external entities so that they can evaluate how we carry out our work. Therefore, receiving not only approval but such an outstanding mark is a great satisfaction since it confirms that our business development processes and our internationalization plan are on the best of paths,” indicated Fernando Feliu.
The CIEGE Excellent Management Certificate was created by Informa D&B (a subsidiary of Cesce), a leader in the provision of commercial, financial, sectoral, and marketing information, and elEconomista, the world’s leading economic newspaper in Spanish. It recognizes and supports companies when it comes to accrediting their excellent work in their management before investors, suppliers, clients, employees, and other actors in the business and commercial world. In addition, it represents a vital prestige for the management team, grants credibility to the financial department, and consolidates the clients’ trust.
