Virtual Cable joins VMware TAP Program
VirtualCable, the company that packs up UDS Enterprise, a multiplatform connection broker that administers and manages virtual and remote desktops, applications and other Windows & Linux services, today announced it has joined the VMware Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) program. Members of the TAP program collaborate with VMware to deliver innovative solutions for virtualization and cloud computing. The diversity and depth of the TAP ecosystem provides customers with the flexibility to choose a partner with the right expertise to satisfy their unique needs.

The project of virtual desktops EVA was selected as a finalist in the @asLAN 2014 Awards in the category of Administrations and Public Organizations.
This initiative, promoted by the technological partner VirtualCable, has allowed virtualize the classrooms of free access of the University, in such a way that the students may have a desktop with everything necessary for the realization of their professional training through an Internet connection. In this way, mobility has been improved. Also the university staff uses this service both to access from home to the computing resources of the university, as well as to carry out training courses.

VirtualCable was one of the companies selected to attend the Investment Forum organized by the Spanish chapter of the MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). The company had the opportunity to share presentations and meetings with participants and investors from different countries.
