A third project with UDS Enterprise has been nominated for the ASLAN Awards for Digital Transformation in Public Administrations. The new candidate is the remote working system of the Andorran Police Force, which is based on desktop virtualization and remote access to computers located in police stations.
IDC Spain celebrates tomorrow its landmark event in which the technological trends for this year will be revealed. Within the framework of IDC Predictions FutureScape 2021, this IT consulting firm will deliver the FutureScape Awards, which recognize the most innovative initiatives for the implementation of disruptive technologies, customer experience and third platform technology solutions. Three projects with UDS Enterprise compete for the award in the last category.
Virtual Cable, the company behind the software for desktop and application virtualization UDS Enterprise, has attained for the second consecutive year the prestigious Certification of Excellence in Business Management (CIEGE).
Last year more than 800 companies opted for it and only 50 of them overcame the parameters used for the measurement. Virtual Cable was the only software development company that kept up with the high standards required to get the seal.
Virtual Cable has achieved for the second consecutive year the Excellence in Business Management Certificate granted by Informa – elEconomista (CIEGE in Spanish). Only 47 companies of the 1,300 that requested it have met the demanding requirements to obtain it. The company that created UDS Enterprise, a popular broker for virtualization of desktops, applications and remote access to devices, is once again the only software developer that has this important seal.
The two projects with the UDS Enterprise connection broker nominated at @asLAN Awards for Projects in Public Administration have entered the final phase. Yesterday we announced that the Virtual Desktop for Special Education Project with UDS Enterprise developed by the University of Murcia is eligible for the award in the category “Bridging the digital divide and sustainability”. Today we are pleased to announce that our application virtualization project in the Badajoz Provincial Council is also a finalist of this event, in this case in the category “Optimization and simplification of digital infrastructures”.
The inclusive VDI project with UDS Enterprise of the University of Murcia (UMU) has entered the final of the XII @asLAN Awards . This event, organized by the @asLAN Association , recognizes the best Case Studies of Digital Transformation in Public Administrations and Organizations.
The third vice president of Jaen Provincial Council and deputy of e-Government and Internal Regime, Africa Colomo, was “more than satisfied that the Provincial Council has been a finalist in the IDC Research Spain Awards to the innovative company 2020 as consequence of the adoption of the UDS Enterprise application virtualization software ”.
The application virtualization project with UDS Enterprise in the Jaen Provincial Council is finalist in the IDC Innovative Company Awards 2020 in the category of Workplace Transformation.
Our Open Source VDI project for the Public Centre for Social Welfare in Eupen (Belgium) is the first of the three finalists that will opt for the recognition of Best Success Story in the Open Awards 2019, the most important awards in the open technologies sector in Europe.
