The liaison between UDS Enterprise and India is Akhil Gupta, an executive with more than 20 years of international experience in IT, telecom, automotive and utilities sector. He has been working for more than 10 years in sales strategy and business development and has successfully helped several companies in setting up businesses and brands from scratch and to increase their market share in short term.

Previously, Gupta worked for a leading Indian IT company as Country Manager in Spain and now he has joined VirtualCable as UDS Enterprise consultant to help grow the footprint of UDS Enterprise in Indian market by attracting new distributors. “UDS Enterprise has great potential in the Indian market because it can help companies reduce their total cost of desktop virtualization by more than 75% as compared to other commercial solutions out there” said the consultant. “In addition, it is supported by many case studies, since this connection broker has been successfully deployed in many educational institutions and organizations around the world”, he pointed out.

As for the reasons that moved him to start this new working activity, Gupta commented that when he met for the first time Felix Casado, CEO of VirtualCable, “I got his passion for the product, it is impossible not to be motivated by the way he transmits how UDS Enterprise can help companies to enjoy the advantages of desktop virtualization“.

For his part, Casado explained that VirtualCable’s commitment to the Indian market is due to the fact that “desktop virtualization technologies are booming in this country and UDS Enterprise helps organizations of all kinds adopting this technology, adapting 100% to their technical requirements and their economic possibilities“.

More than 1,500 companies from 90 countries in all 5 continents have already proven the multiple benefits of deploying VDI with UDS Enterprise. Now, Indian companies interested in implementing or distributing in this technology will be able to access it in a much closer way.
